Can I wear make up after my treatment?

We want you to keep the area as clean as you can to avoid any risk of infection. Please refrain from wearing make up for 6 hours post treatment.

Can I fly after having filler treatments?

We advise clients to wait at least 72 hours before flying.

How old do you have to be to have filler treatments?

You must be 18 at the time of treatment. Please bring your ID to your appointment to avoid disappointment. Anyone bringing fake ID will have it confiscated and handed in to the police. If you are under the age of 18 your parents are NOT allowed to consent to treatments. 

Can I bring my children?

Unfortunately due to insurance reasons children are not allowed to attend your appointments. If you do arrive with children your appointment will not be able to go ahead and you will lose your deposit.

How long does filler last?

This is a tough one to answer as everyone is different. Our lifestyles and metabolism can play a key role in how long it lasts. What may last 3 months in one person may last 12 months in another person. It’s also important to know that it takes time to build layers of filler but once those layers are built you will get longevity out of your treatments and you will go longer between appointments. 

What is filler?

Filler is made up of Hyaluronic Acid. This is naturally found in our bodies. We use this type of temporary filler as it can be dissolved and has less complications compared to permanent fillers. 

Does it hurt?

This is hard to answer because everyone feels pain differently. Feedback from Some clients is that it doesn’t and others do struggle. But we are with you every step of the way and will make it as comfortable for you as we can.

I can’t make my appointment. Can I get my booking fee back?

All booking fees are non refundable or transferable to another person. If you give 48 hours notice you are able to rearrange your appointment. Please get in contact as soon as possible if you can not make your appointment.
